1) Human Review Before Approval

Each submitted layout is reviewed by a separate admin before publication. Layouts are checked for game relevance, strategic usefulness, and whether the title and type match the actual design.

2) Rejection Criteria

Submissions are rejected when they include any of the following:

• Content unrelated to Clash of Clans base layouts
• Copied or non-original submissions presented as original
• Nudity, sexual content, or explicit imagery
• Violent, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material
• Misleading metadata, broken links, or spam-like uploads

3) Content Maintenance

We periodically review approved layouts and strategy pages to keep them aligned with current game updates and meta changes. Outdated, duplicate, or low-quality content may be revised or removed.

4) Reporting Issues

Users can report problematic content by contacting moderation@clashlayout.com. Reported content is reviewed and actioned according to this policy.
